Who we are. Brackenridge Build Ltd, Brackenridge House, Sweet Street West, Leeds LS11 9DA, company 01847266, is the data controller. Questions to enquiries@brackenridgebuild.co.uk.

This website collects nothing. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no third-party font, no social widget. Fonts, images and stylesheets come from our own domain. Nothing is stored in your browser and no cookie is set, which is why there is no cookie banner rather than one being hidden.

What you send us. Enquiry form or email: your name, address, organisation, project type, value band, date and message. Subcontractors additionally send us insurance, accreditation and health and safety documentation.

Why. To answer you, to tender, and to run a contract if one follows. Legitimate interest in operating a construction business, and a contract once one exists.

How long. Enquiries that do not become projects: twelve months. Tender records: six years. Contract, health and safety and CDM records: twelve years from practical completion, as our insurers and the Building Safety Act require. Payroll and accounts: seven years.

Who else sees it. Our email is hosted in the UK. Our accountant sees invoices, our insurers see claims, and on a live project your details are shared with the subcontractors who need them to do the work. Nobody else. We do not sell data.

Site CCTV and photography. Our sites carry CCTV for security, retained for thirty-one days. We photograph our own work for records and marketing; if you are identifiable and would rather not be, tell the site manager and we will remove it.

Your rights. Ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. We reply within a calendar month, free. Complaints to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This is a demonstration site. Brackenridge Build is a fictional contractor and this site was built by Omnify Labs to demonstrate design and build quality. The form validates your input and then does nothing with it — nothing is transmitted, received or stored. The notice above describes how a live version would operate.
